About the role
Ondo Finance is hiring a senior full-stack engineer to build web applications and APIs for its blockchain-enabled investment products. You will work across the front end and back end, integrating Web3 libraries, connecting wallets, and interacting with smart contracts on Ethereum, Solana, and other blockchains. This role suits experienced JavaScript and TypeScript engineers with a demonstrated interest in decentralized applications.
What you’ll do
- Design and implement user-friendly interfaces for secure interaction with on-chain and off-chain data
- Integrate and develop Web3 libraries for wallet connections, smart contract interactions, and transaction management
- Optimize front-end code for performance with consideration for blockchain data retrieval challenges
- Define and build API endpoints and services for front-end functionality
- Implement external system integrations supporting web applications and the operations team
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of collaboration and technical excellence
- Stay current with Web3 and blockchain technology advancements
What they’re looking for
- 4+ years of software engineering experience contributing to production codebases in Node.js, React, or JavaScript/TypeScript
- 1+ years of experience or demonstrated interest in developing decentralized applications
- Based in PT, MT, CT, or ET time zones
- Bachelor's degree or significant coursework in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- Solid fundamental knowledge of web application, API, and Web3 development
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, both written and verbal
