About the role
This remote hourly contract is for a full-stack engineer with at least three years of production experience who can turn product ideas into detailed, testable software tasks. You'll write precise specifications, build reference implementations, and create browser-level acceptance tests for an AI advancement project. The work also involves evaluating frontier models and calibrating task difficulty.
What you’ll do
- Write unambiguous product specifications that can be automatically evaluated.
- Build complete reference implementations for the specifications you author.
- Create browser-based acceptance tests for observable user behavior.
- Run AI models against tasks and adjust their difficulty.
- Confirm tasks cannot pass without a genuine implementation in an empty repository.
