About the role
finanzen.net GmbH is hiring a full-time Senior Fullstack Software Engineer for a remote role in Germany. The position suits an experienced web-application engineer fluent in German and English who can work with Java, TypeScript, cloud operations, and modern frontend or mobile frameworks. You will develop and run core capabilities of the finanzen.net zero trading platform as part of an agile team. The role combines product development, operational monitoring, performance work, and third-level support.
What you’ll do
- Develop and operate core functions of the finanzen.net zero trading platform
- Build platform features with Java, MySQL, TypeScript, and AWS
- Work with Product, UX, Marketing, Support, and Business partners
- Create features such as search, watchlists, and savings plans
- Monitor systems and operational dashboards
- Provide third-level support for business teams
What they’re looking for
- A degree in computer science, business informatics, media informatics, or comparable experience
- Several years of web-application development experience
- Experience with Spring Boot and Angular or Flutter
- TypeScript knowledge
- Cloud operations experience, preferably with AWS
- Fluent written and spoken German and English at C1 level or above
- Experience with agile practices and tools such as Scrum, Kanban, Jira, and Confluence
