What you’ll do
- Identify clinical operations challenges and translate them into AI product concepts
- Define use cases, scope, value hypotheses and requirements for prioritized products
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and vendor solutions
- Bridge business stakeholders and technical teams on functional requirements
- Lead AI products through design, MVP, pilot, refinement, scaling and adoption
- Ensure solutions are compliant with privacy, AI guardrails and GxP requirements
- Partner across Global Clinical Operations, Development AI, Digital/DDIT, Quality and Compliance
What they’re looking for
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, life sciences or related field, or equivalent experience
- At least seven years of relevant experience in leadership roles
- Experience in product management, digital delivery or AI solution delivery
- Strong understanding of clinical operations, drug development or another regulated environment
- Experience delivering products through SDLC using Agile or Scrum
- Understanding of AI/ML and model lifecycle concepts
Nice to have
- Postgraduate qualification such as MSc, MBA or PhD
- Experience enabling AI adoption within clinical operations or a GxP regulated environment
