About the role
This is a senior AI engineering role at Novartis's Corporate Affairs function, based onsite in Hyderabad. What you’ll do
- Build, configure, test and deploy AI solutions for Corporate Affairs use cases
- Own front-end development and build user-facing applications end to end
- Integrate AI models, enterprise platforms and approved data sources
- Develop and refine prompts, logic, workflows and evaluation approaches
- Support rapid experimentation while keeping a clear path to production
- Monitor solution performance and troubleshoot after launch
- Implement testing, documentation and release discipline
- Work with business users to gather feedback and improve functionality
- Apply responsible AI, security and data handling requirements
What they’re looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
- 8-12 years of hands-on experience in AI, ML, software or data engineering
- At least 3 years building and deploying production-grade AI or generative AI solutions in a corporate environment
- Experience with AI platforms such as Claude, GPT, Azure OpenAI, Langfuse or vector databases
- Strong hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt design and workflow orchestration
- Experience with enterprise data sources, APIs and cloud integration
- Experience monitoring live solutions and resolving production issues
Nice to have
- Track record moving use cases from prototype to production
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in agile environments
- Exposure to Corporate Affairs, communications or content-centric processes
- Relevant certifications in AI/ML, cloud platforms or software engineering
