About the role
This is a senior data science role in Bangalore for building production AI solutions for healthcare applications. You will develop models and pipelines across medical imaging, NLP, voice, clinical data, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation. The role suits a hands-on data scientist with three to seven years of machine learning experience and production deployment experience.
What you’ll do
- Develop machine learning and deep learning models for healthcare and business problems.
- Build pipelines covering preprocessing, feature engineering, training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
- Work with text, images, voice, structured data, and clinical data.
- Create solutions using computer vision, NLP, transformers, LLMs, and deep learning.
- Deploy scalable AI systems and improve them after release.
- Work with engineering and product teams to integrate models into products.
What they’re looking for
- Three to seven years of hands-on data science and machine learning experience.
- Strong Python skills with Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Knowledge of classification, regression, clustering, and predictive modeling.
- Experience with CNNs, RNNs, transformers, transfer learning, and LLMs or SLMs.
- NLP or computer vision experience.
- A record of deploying machine learning models in production.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
Nice to have
- Healthcare, medical imaging, EMR/EHR, or insurance analytics experience.
- Voice AI or multimodal AI exposure.
- AWS, Azure, or GCP experience.
- Docker and Kubernetes experience.
