What you’ll do
- Lead design and delivery of end-to-end AI/ML and generative AI solutions
- Architect, develop, deploy and monitor production-grade ML models and LLM-powered applications
- Design scalable agentic AI solutions
- Drive MLOps/LLMOps adoption, model governance and lifecycle management
- Collaborate with business leaders to define AI strategy
- Mentor data scientists and engineers
- Champion responsible AI, security and compliance practices
What they’re looking for
- 8+ years of experience in data science, machine learning and AI
- Hands-on expertise in classical machine learning, generative AI, agentic AI, NLP, LLMs, RAG and prompt engineering
- MLOps/LLMOps experience
- Strong Python and SQL skills
- Experience with Databricks and Azure (preferred) or AWS
- Proven leadership and client/stakeholder management experience
Nice to have
- Azure AI Services, AI Foundry or Databricks certifications
- Experience with AI coding assistants such as Claude and Cursor
- Exposure to multi-agent frameworks and advanced LLM evaluation techniques
