What you’ll do
- Own the end-to-end technical architecture for the client's agentic system
- Define reliability, evaluation, verification, and decision-trace strategies to reach 99.99% system reliability
- Serve as the technical face to senior client leadership and manage expectations
- Mentor junior engineers and set technical standards across the team
- Collaborate with founders on technical and delivery decisions shaping company operations

- Four or more years of software engineering experience
- Background in AI engineering with agentic AI systems, LLMs, and orchestration
- Experience with evaluation frameworks, verification methods, and reinforcement learning
- Ability to design ML systems and ensure reliability at scale
- Strong technical architecture and verification skills
- Experience managing senior stakeholder relationships
- Prior work in client-facing or forward-deployed engineering roles
- Technical leadership abilities including mentoring and establishing standards
