About the role
This is a contract data analyst position with a technology consultancy, working with clients out of Guelph or Mississauga, Ontario. It suits someone with 5-8 years of experience who can work independently with both business and technical stakeholders on reporting and dashboards. The contract runs from October 1, 2026 to December 31, 2027.
What you’ll do
- Work independently with business and technical stakeholders
- Gather and analyze business requirements
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
- Assess data quality, data flows and reporting needs
- Recommend and define new reporting and dashboard requirements
- Lead discussions and ask probing questions to translate business needs into insights
