What you’ll do
- Own product surfaces from problem definition through architecture, implementation, launch and iteration
- Build complex, data-heavy workflows using React, JavaScript and TypeScript
- Design reusable component systems and frontend architecture across state, APIs and product domains
- Solve problems around rendering, data fetching, permissions, partial data and error states
- Improve performance, reliability, testing and developer experience across the frontend stack
- Work with Product, Design, Backend Engineering and domain experts to shape decision workflows
- Lead architecture and mentor engineers at senior levels; shape cross-team direction at Staff level
What they’re looking for
- 3-12 years building production frontend systems
- Strong JavaScript, React and browser fundamentals, with working depth in TypeScript
- A track record of owning complex product surfaces end to end
- Strong understanding of state management, rendering, async workflows, APIs, data flows, testing and performance
- Ability to explain decisions, trade-offs and measurable outcomes
- Product judgment and comfort with evolving requirements
Nice to have
- Experience with enterprise SaaS, developer tools or analytics products
- Experience with workflow builders, editors, canvases, data grids or dashboards
- Experience with GraphQL, monorepos or shared component libraries/design systems
- Experience with enterprise permissions or frontend observability/web performance
- Experience with data visualization or close backend/data-platform collaboration
- Experience taking a product or major frontend system from zero to one
