About the role

What you’ll do
- Analyze and articulate frontend engineering decisions in clear written rationales.
- Evaluate and critique code samples, component architectures and state management solutions.
- Produce technical documents such as RFCs, ADRs and design notes.
- Communicate frontend concepts including performance, accessibility and rendering strategies.
- Participate in code review simulations and technical discussions.
- Contribute domain input that shapes AI model development for frontend tasks.
Nice to have
- 3+ years of professional frontend engineering experience with JavaScript, TypeScript and React.
- Proven ability to author clear technical documentation such as RFCs or ADRs.
- Strong grounding in component architecture and state management patterns.
- Familiarity with accessibility best practices.
- Experience with SSR, CSR and SSG rendering strategies.
- Exceptional written English communication skills.
- Background with leading technology organizations or top academic institutions.
