- Strong Python skills and Java or C++ experience.
- SQL and large-scale data-processing experience.
- PyTorch or TensorFlow experience.
- Experience with transformer models, LLMs, agents, structured reasoning, RAG, or Text-to-SQL.
- Experience operating scalable inference services and APIs.
- MLOps experience covering deployment, monitoring, evaluation, and production pipelines.
- Distributed computing and large-scale ML systems experience.
- Experience optimizing models for performance, latency, scalability, and efficiency.
- Supply-chain or operations experience.
- Strong system-design and cross-functional influence skills.
