About the role
J.P. Morgan Chase is hiring a Python Developer (Analyst) to build full-stack applications and data-enabled services. You will develop FastAPI back-end services, React front-end components, Databricks data workflows, and SharePoint integrations. This is an office-based role in India.
What you’ll do
- Develop and maintain Python backend services using FastAPI with well-structured REST APIs
- Build and enhance React.js front-end components focused on usability and performance
- Create and productionize data workflows in Databricks including notebooks, jobs, and data validation
- Design and implement data models and persistence using SQLite
- Build integrations with SharePoint for document storage and workflow enablement
- Write clean, testable code and contribute to unit/integration tests, code reviews, and quality checks
- Assist with deployments, logging, monitoring, troubleshooting, and runbook documentation
- Partner with stakeholders to clarify requirements, estimate work, and deliver iteratively
