About the role
This is a full stack engineering role at Jitterbit building the company's Cloud Application products, open to candidates in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil on a remote basis. What you’ll do
- Build, design and architect new capabilities for the Cloud Applications products
- Work across Angular, TypeScript, Node.js, CSS3, Nginx, Tomcat, Kafka, Elasticsearch, MySQL, Linux, Docker and Kubernetes
- Take full lifecycle responsibility for robust, scalable, distributed systems
- Mentor and collaborate with other engineers, product management and operations

- Experience building large-scale distributed applications
- Strong experience building multi-tenant SaaS applications
- Strong problem-solving, debugging and analytical skills
- Experience with microservices and cloud-based architectures
- Excellent JavaScript, CSS and HTML authoring skills
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, Node.js or Go
- Familiarity with deploying via Docker and/or Kubernetes
- Hands-on experience with AWS services such as DynamoDB, S3 or CloudFront
Nice to have
- Experience using DataDog for application monitoring and logging
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions
