Imagine Pediatrics is hiring a remote Bilingual Patient Engagement Associate I for candidates able to attend a final in-person interview in Houston, Texas. This role suits an outreach, customer-service, or call-center professional who can contact families, explain services, and help prospective members enroll in a pediatric virtual-care program. The associate will make outbound calls, guide families through app setup and enrollment scheduling, and work toward monthly engagement goals.
What you’ll do
- Contact prospective families by phone and guide them through downloading the Imagine app.
- Schedule enrollment visits for prospective members.
- Explain Imagine Pediatrics services and address family objections.
- Represent the organization to families of children with complex medical needs.
- Support outreach to engaged and non-engaged patients with the local outreach team.
- Use reports and dashboards to prioritize outreach.
- Meet or exceed monthly engagement targets.
What they’re looking for
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of outreach, customer-service, or call-center experience focused primarily on outbound communication.
- Ability to work either 9:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m. or 11:00 a.m.-7:30 p.m. in Central or Eastern time.
- Ability to attend an in-person final interview in Houston, Texas on August 13 or August 14.
