What you’ll do
- Ensure coordinators communicate compliantly and with the culture of the hospital-based pharmacies
- Coach coordinators on calling best practices and conversational techniques
- Audit team activity in DialPad, TelemetryRX, and Electronic Medical Records
- Manage escalations related to outreach coordinators with hospital partners
- Establish workflows between outreach coordinators, onboarding specialists, and liaison teams
- Manage ADP, PTO, and time reports for the team
- Provide supervision, coaching, and performance management
- Run team meetings and hospital management calls
- Assist in interviewing and onboarding new team members
What they’re looking for
- High school degree or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 5+ years customer support, client services, or sales experience with a proven sales record
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Strong phone and interpersonal skills
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Willow, Qs1, or RX30 software systems
