This is a senior-level partner solutions engineer role at Hightouch, an agentic marketing platform company, open across North America. What you’ll do
- Own the technical relationship with Partner SEs, PMs, and alliance leadership at key ISV and SI partners
- Build and deliver custom demos, hands-on labs, reference architectures, and joint solution content
- Run enablement and certification sessions for partner SEs and AEs
- Provide deal-level technical support: discovery, architecture reviews, technical wins, demo environments
- Package industry-specific joint solutions with partner industry principals and field CTOs
- Translate partner technical feedback into prioritized product and engineering input
- Project-manage partner-driven roadmap items end to end
- Partner with Partner Marketing on launch content and field enablement assets
What they’re looking for
- 5+ years in Solutions Engineering, Partner SE, or Solutions Architecture at or above Enterprise SE level
- Hands-on fluency with SQL and at least one of Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery
- End-to-end understanding of implementation, administration, integration, and user experience of one of these platforms
- Track record of influencing revenue, adoption, or product direction through partners
- Proven ability to build trust with senior technical stakeholders at large ISVs
- Excellent communication across technical and executive audiences
- Willingness to travel up to 30% for partner and customer engagements
Nice to have
- Experience influencing a product roadmap from a field or partner role
- Experience with AdTech ISVs (The Trade Desk, DV360, Meta) or large SI partners (Deloitte, Slalom, Capgemini)
- Existing certifications on Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery

- On-target earnings of $180,000-$220,000 annually
- Base salary of $126,000-$154,000 annually
- Equity compensation in the form of ISO options with early exercise and a 10-year post-termination exercise window
