About the role
This is a remote, full-time Senior Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis role for a U.S.-based finance professional with six to nine years of progressive FP&A experience. You’ll own forecasting, budgeting, SaaS KPI reporting, and driver-based financial models for a private equity-backed SaaS business. The work supports revenue planning, profitability, headcount, cash flow, capital allocation, and M&A analysis.
What you’ll do
- Deliver accurate revenue and operating-profit forecasts.
- Produce monthly performance packages with KPI scorecards, margin bridges, and variance analysis.
- Build driver-based models for revenue, margin, headcount, and cash flow.
- Maintain SaaS reporting for ARR, NRR, cohorts, CAC, LTV, and unit economics.
- Lead annual budgeting and multi-scenario planning.
- Support pricing, go-to-market, and staffing decisions through sensitivity analysis.
- Contribute to M&A diligence and integration modeling.
- Partner with Operations, People, and Sales on planning accuracy.
