About the role
Fractal Analytics Inc is hiring a Platform Solution Architect in Bengaluru to own the end-to-end architecture of its platform at scale. The role suits experienced architects comfortable with Java, Spring Boot, Python FastAPI, and multi-cloud environments including AWS, GCP, and Azure.
What you’ll do
- Own the technical architecture of the platform end to end including backend, frontend, data stores, and cloud infrastructure
- Design and evolve a scalable, secure, and maintainable microservices architecture using Java and Spring Boot on AWS
- Guide and review development of Python FastAPI-based AI services integrated with OpenAI and Vapi for conversational voice AI
- Define data architecture and access patterns across MongoDB and Redis for performance and cost efficiency at scale
- Architect real-time communication features using WebSockets and asynchronous messaging via MSG91 and WhatsApp
- Set technical direction for Angular, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS frontend and Electron-based desktop application
- Establish and enforce standards for observability and monitoring using Grafana and Sentry
- Represent engineering in client discussions and lead design of integrations with external HRMS and ATS products

- Experience owning end-to-end platform architecture across multiple layers
- Strong background in microservices design with Java and Spring Boot
- Proficiency with AWS and growing experience on GCP and Azure
- Ability to guide development of Python FastAPI-based AI services
- Experience with OpenAI and Vapi integrations for conversational or voice AI
- Knowledge of MongoDB and Redis for data architecture at scale
- Understanding of WebSocket-based real-time communication patterns
- Experience with Angular, TypeScript, and Electron application development
- Track record of engaging clients in technical conversations and designing external integrations
