What you’ll do
- Collaborate with the Land Department on data models, pipelines, governance and process improvement
- Coordinate with BI/IT teams on table and code changes
- Coordinate with EQT's delivery team to push changes to Salesforce, Databricks and AI pipelines
- Turn AI capabilities into measurable Land outcomes and adoption
- Lead complex analytics initiatives requiring advanced scripting and analytical methods
- Design, build and maintain analytical solutions using SQL
- Conduct code reviews for quality, performance and standards alignment
- Generate reports, charts and visualizations for stakeholders and management
What they’re looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Data Science, Information Science, Engineering or a closely related field
- 3+ years of coding experience
- Advanced SQL proficiency
- Working proficiency in R for statistical and analytical use cases
- Proven experience delivering complex analytics solutions in a BI or enterprise environment
- Strong grounding in software development best practices including version control and testing
- Experience defining, enforcing and reviewing shared coding standards
- Experience mentoring peers and influencing technical direction
Nice to have
- Working knowledge of Databricks, Lakehouse architecture, PySpark, Databricks SQL and Unity Catalog
- Familiarity with applied statistical learning and advanced analytics techniques
- Experience collaborating with Oil and Gas Land Departments
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce
