What you’ll do
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate needs into data models, dashboards and insights
- Design, develop and analyze data solutions that support business decision-making
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and analytical solutions focused on usability and accuracy
- Provide technical guidance to end users including office hours and troubleshooting
- Document solution architecture, data models and technical designs
- Communicate solution designs and findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Work independently while collaborating across teams to scope and deliver projects

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 6+ years of experience in dashboard development, business intelligence, data analytics or a related area
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with TIBCO Spotfire dashboard development and administration
- Strong SQL experience including functions, stored procedures, Row-Level Security and Attribute-Based Access Control
- Experience with data lakes, modern data architecture, Databricks, Power BI, GitHub, Python, R or Salesforce
- Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
