About the role

This onsite corporate-security management role supports office operations in Mexico City and Guadalajara, with Mexico City as its base. You'll oversee daily physical-security operations, risk assessment, incident coordination, and stakeholder support across a corporate portfolio. The position works with guard vendors, building management, law enforcement, and internal leaders without direct guard-force management authority.

What you’ll do

  • Coordinate daily access control, lobby, visitor, turnstile, and building-security procedures.
  • Work with guard-force vendors on coverage, staffing, rotations, and performance concerns.
  • Coordinate response to employee, vendor, visitor, facility, and executive-driver incidents.
  • Assess security risks, document gaps, and support internal audits.
  • Verify the condition of CCTV, access-control systems, alarms, and emergency equipment.
  • Support emergency drills, evacuation planning, and crisis-response readiness.
  • Monitor external risks such as protests and labor actions and escalate when appropriate.
  • Plan security for corporate events and high-profile visits.
  • Provide security advice, reports, escalation updates, and improvement recommendations to stakeholders.

What they’re looking for

  • 4–7 years managing corporate security operations in office settings.
  • Knowledge of access control, CCTV, visitor and contractor procedures, and physical-security infrastructure.
  • Experience coordinating incident response and working with guard forces.
  • Experience conducting security assessments, internal audits, and emergency-preparedness activities.
  • Ability to work with property management, law enforcement, government representatives, and external security partners.
  • Strong incident-reporting, documentation, decision-making, discretion, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Fluent written and spoken Spanish and English.

Nice to have

  • CPP, PSP, or equivalent corporate-security certification.
  • Experience with incident-reporting software and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience coordinating executive, ambassador, or international-representative visits.
