What you’ll do

- Explore mixture-of-experts architectures.
- Create agents and multi-agent systems for planning, tool use, and workflow automation.
- Run experiments, evaluate models, and identify optimization opportunities.
- Present technical findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Python, machine learning, and TensorFlow or PyTorch experience.
- Hands-on LLM and fine-tuning experience, including SFT, LoRA, and QLoRA.
- Experience with LLM agents, multi-agent systems, and agentic frameworks.
- Data preprocessing, feature engineering, model evaluation, and optimization skills.
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration abilities.
- Willingness to travel internationally up to ten percent.
