About the role

What you’ll do
- Lead identification and implementation of process, reporting and technology improvements in Credit Adjudication
- Manage and execute high-impact data, reporting and analytics projects aligned to CIBC's strategic priorities
- Build and manage partnerships with senior leaders and business stakeholders
- Communicate complex analysis and recommendations to audiences including executives
- Oversee development and maintenance of reporting frameworks and performance metrics

- Experience in advanced analytics, data extraction and business intelligence
- Hands-on expertise with tools such as SAS, SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI or similar
- Degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, economics, engineering, business or equivalent experience
