About the role
This is a Generative AI Developer role at Broadridge, based onsite at the company's EPIP Industrial Area office in Bengaluru. It suits an engineer who has already shipped LLM and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems and wants to build enterprise chatbots and Q&A assistants. Broadridge is hiring into its technology organization to build and optimize AI/ML and generative AI solutions.
What you’ll do
- Design and optimize RAG pipelines
- Develop LLM-based solutions and enterprise conversational systems
- Build chatbot and conversational AI applications
- Create enterprise Q&A assistants
- Apply agentic frameworks and orchestration tools
- Improve knowledge-driven applications through chunking and embeddings optimization
- Work with PDF and document extraction pipelines and advanced context retrieval
- Use advanced RAG techniques such as query rewriting, multi-vector retrieval and reranking
- Support simple UI integration for generative AI applications
What they’re looking for
- 5+ years of overall IT experience
- At least 3 years of hands-on work in AI/ML, generative AI or LLM-based solution development
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, data science, AI or a related field
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Java or similar technologies
- Basic HTML, CSS or React for simple UI integration
