About the role
This is an AI Developer role for building generative-AI and agentic-AI solutions in Pune, India, with work arrangements determined by project requirements. You will create assistants, RAG systems, agent workflows, integrations, tests, and production support processes using Python and approved enterprise technologies. The role suits a developer with at least three years of experience and practical experience delivering AI projects.
What you’ll do
- Develop assistants, RAG applications, and agent workflows.
- Clarify business needs, data sources, assumptions, risks, and workflow steps.
- Design prompts, APIs, responses, retrieval flows, and agent tools.
- Build LLM features for chat, search, summarization, classification, and question answering.
- Integrate models with enterprise systems, files, databases, and APIs.
- Test outputs, tool calls, fallback paths, and retrieval quality.
- Optimize prompts, chunking, metadata filters, latency, retries, caching, and token usage.
- Apply security, privacy, responsible-AI, and access-control practices.
- Support deployment, releases, production troubleshooting, and post-release validation.
- Document AI components, configurations, tests, and runbooks.
- Participate in Agile delivery and communicate risks and progress.

- A BE, BTech, MCA, MSc, BSc, BCA, or equivalent practical background.
Nice to have
- Hands-on chatbot, RAG, LLM, AI-agent, or automation project experience.
- Certifications in AI, generative AI, cloud, Python, or related areas.
- Experience with AWS Bedrock, local or open-source LLMs, or agent SDKs.
- Knowledge of LangGraph, FastAPI, Flask, Node.js, Docker, CI/CD, cloud platforms, observability, and AI governance.
