About the role
This is a remote AI software engineer role at bp, based in India, focused on applying machine learning and generative AI to business problems. What you’ll do
- Design, develop and maintain AI models and algorithms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions
- Optimize and enhance existing AI models for performance and scalability
- Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the AI development lifecycle
- Perform monitoring, alerting and troubleshooting of AI systems
What they’re looking for
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Python and SQL
- Experience with large language models and orchestration tools like LangGraph
- Working knowledge of LLM patterns such as RAG and LLM-as-a-judge
- Some experience with numpy, pandas, pyspark, matplotlib, Flask, FastAPI, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn
- Proficiency in data structures, algorithms, and building data pipelines
- Experience with a cloud platform such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering or a related field
