About the role
Atlassian is hiring a Product Lead to own strategy and roadmap for its Customer Managed Keys and encryption platform portfolio. You will define how encryption capabilities scale across Atlassian Cloud and drive outcomes across CMK, encryption platforms, and bring-your-own-key patterns. This is a remote role tied to the Bengaluru office in India.
What you’ll do
- Own the product vision and roadmap for CMK and encryption platform capabilities across Atlassian Cloud
- Clarify product scope and platform boundaries across CMK, encryption platform, and adjacent encryption services
- Drive roadmap decisions across customer commitments, enterprise needs, architecture constraints, and commercial priorities
- Partner with engineering and security leaders on encryption architecture, technical direction, delivery sequencing, and operational readiness
- Lead planning for key initiatives including CMK expansion, platform standardization, and efficiency improvements
- Represent the product area in executive, cross-functional, and customer settings
- Work with field, support, and customer-facing teams to understand enterprise demand and shape adoption strategy
- Create alignment across product, platform, and go-to-market teams on objectives and success metrics
