About the role

What you’ll do
- Plan and deliver AI literacy initiatives reaching employees at all levels
- Collaborate with product, technology, and responsible AI teams on program design
- Develop cultural transformation and engagement strategies for AI adoption
- Partner with functions to integrate AI into business workflows
- Build tailored education programs and training modules for leaders
- Organize events such as AI symposiums, digital learning days, and hackathons
- Lead stakeholder mapping and create enterprise messaging on AI's value
- Track and report on adoption, engagement, and business impact of AI programs
What they’re looking for
- Doctorate with 5 years of AI or technology education/go-to-market experience, or Master's with 8 years
Nice to have
- 5+ years leading large-scale AI or technology transformation programs in Fortune 500 environments
- Agile, PMP, or Prosci certifications
- Track record executing L&D or go-to-market technology programs in biopharma or tech
- Background in adult learning theory or learning experience design
- Comfort building Custom GPTs, Workspace agents, and other automations
- Background in AI/software development or IT delivery
- Experience developing chatbots, knowledge assistants, or workflow copilots
