What you’ll do
- Design, develop, and maintain data infrastructure and visualization solutions for NAMs initiatives
- Develop databases and registries using tools such as Databricks
- Collaborate with scientific, data engineering, IT, and AI/ML teams to standardize data structures
- Define metadata standards and ontology mappings for model systems and assays
- Support data governance, quality, and reproducibility practices
- Build interactive dashboards and visualizations using platforms such as Spotfire
- Translate complex scientific concepts into clear visualizations for stakeholders
- Develop pipelines integrating NAMs data with enterprise datasets via AI/ML
- Apply AI/ML approaches to translational safety analyses and predictive modeling
What they’re looking for
- PhD, PharmD, or MD (with relevant post-doc where applicable), or Master's with 3 years of scientific/data science experience, or Bachelor's with 5 years
Nice to have
- Experience developing data infrastructure in Databricks environments
- Knowledge of relational databases and cloud-based analytics platforms
- Strong expertise in Spotfire dashboard development
- Experience with Benchling, SharePoint, or other LIMS/ELN systems
- Experience integrating heterogeneous datasets including clinical data
- Strong understanding of FAIR data principles and metadata standards
- Familiarity with NAMs, in vitro models, and translational safety approaches
