What you’ll do
- Lead scoping sessions and build achievable project plans with clients
- Manage integration and data projects end-to-end for timely, high-quality delivery
- Translate technical concepts into client-friendly guidance
- Implement and maintain data imports, exports, and system integrations
- Support advanced integrations including REST APIs, SSO, and CRM/HRIS connections
- Troubleshoot data challenges and advise on data modeling, validation, and governance
- Mentor junior Technical Services Specialists
- Partner across Product, Support, Client Success, and Engineering teams

- 2+ years implementing integration or data solutions for a SaaS platform
- Demonstrated success in a client-facing technical role
- Strong understanding of data models, validation, transformation, and integration concepts
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical approaches
- Ability to manage multiple projects with strong documentation
- Comfortable working independently and across teams
- Familiarity with AI tools and agents
- Legal eligibility to work in the country applied to without sponsorship
Nice to have
- Experience with Zendesk, JIRA, Confluence
- Experience with APIs, SSO (SAML/OAuth/OIDC), and SQL
- Familiarity with CRM/HRIS connectors such as Salesforce, ADP, UKG Pro, BambooHR, Dayforce, Workday
- Exposure to BI tools such as PowerBI, Sisense, or Snowflake
- Second language (French or Spanish)
