About the role
This onsite Registered Behavior Technician role supports children and adults with autism and developmental disabilities in Henderson, Nevada. It suits Nevada-licensed RBTs who can deliver one-to-one ABA support in homes, clinics, schools, and community settings. You will help clients build communication, self-care, emotional-regulation, and daily-living skills while recording program data.
What you’ll do
- Deliver individualized ABA interventions in assigned settings.
- Support personal care, hygiene, toileting, and daily-living routines.
- Record ongoing client-program data accurately.
- Attend therapy sessions, team meetings, and required training.
- Communicate clearly with families, clients, and colleagues.

- Hold active Nevada RBT registration and licensure.
- Be at least 18 with a high school diploma or GED.
- Have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
- Communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
