What you’ll do
- Own the platform’s intelligence layer.
- Build retrieval-augmented generation systems using data from multiple sources.
- Create research, enrichment, and follow-up agents that operate reliably at scale.
- Develop evaluation infrastructure for measuring AI output quality.
- Improve retrieval quality and agent reliability through regular measurement and iteration.
- Choose appropriate retrieval strategies, evaluation metrics, and models for specific tasks.
- Contribute to backend and frontend systems connected to the AI platform.
