About the role
This is a fully remote, full-time AI software engineering role for someone building production artificial intelligence systems for enterprise financial operations inside an ERP platform. You’ll design machine-learning pipelines, integrate AI features into products, and optimize deployed systems for reliability and scale. The role is aimed at an engineer with at least two years of AI or machine-learning software experience and practical knowledge of language models, agent frameworks, databases, and cloud platforms.
What you’ll do
- Design, prototype, and ship AI systems for financial workflows.
- Build and maintain end-to-end machine-learning pipelines.
- Work with product managers, data scientists, and engineers on user-facing AI capabilities.
- Write documented software in Python, JavaScript, or statically typed languages.
- Assess AI frameworks, development tools, and cloud infrastructure.
- Improve deployed models for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Lead experiments, mentor junior engineers, and explain results to technical and non-technical audiences.
