About the role
Negotiate and manage clinical trial agreements for a global clinical research organization based in Warsaw, Poland, working with investigative sites and hospitals. As a contracts professional with CRO or pharmaceutical experience, you'll manage full-cycle agreements while coordinating with Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Finance and Study Start-Up teams to launch studies on schedule and in compliance. The sponsor-dedicated model focuses your work on supporting one leading pharmaceutical company, helping you build deep expertise and lasting relationships in that environment.
What you’ll do
- Draft, review and negotiate Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs), Confidentiality Agreements (CDAs) and amendments
- Negotiate site budget parameters and terms with investigative facilities
- Manage full contract lifecycle from initial drafting to final execution
- Liaise with investigative sites, hospitals and external legal representatives
- Coordinate with internal teams on contractual issues and study start-up timelines
- Identify and escalate contractual risks
- Maintain and update contract documentation and tracking systems
- Ensure all agreements comply with local regulations and sponsor requirements

- Previous experience negotiating clinical trial contracts in a CRO, pharmaceutical or biotechnology company
- Demonstrated expertise managing Clinical Trial Agreements and site contracts
- Understanding of clinical trial regulations and the study start-up process
- Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Capability to manage multiple studies and competing priorities simultaneously
- Fluent Polish and English, both written and spoken

- Degree in Life Sciences, Law, Business or related field
