- Develop solutions using LLMs, RAG, AI agents, vector databases and fine-tuning
- Mentor teams and contribute to AI engineering standards and governance
- Architect and manage AI solutions across AWS, Azure and GCP
What they’re looking for
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or related field
- 12+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Data Science or Analytics
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML Engineering
- 3+ years of recent experience with Generative AI technologies including OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, LangChain, AI agents, RAG, vector databases, prompt engineering and fine-tuning
- Experience with frameworks such as MLflow, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras and Scikit-learn
- Experience with AWS, Azure and GCP
- Understanding of Agile, DevSecOps and CI/CD practices
- Proficiency in Python or other AI/ML programming languages
Nice to have
- Experience in marketing technology, digital marketing analytics or customer engagement platforms
- Understanding of content creation and distribution ecosystems
- Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale machine learning solutions
