- 5+ years of experience in Python using data science libraries such as scikit-learn and Databricks
- 3+ years applying NLP (transformers, GPT, etc.) in a production setting with large data volumes
- 2+ years applying LLMs (RAG, vector databases, embeddings) to real-world problems
- Experience applying data science techniques including supervised/unsupervised learning, NLP and time-series forecasting
- Experience building APIs for models
- Experience with a cloud platform (Azure preferred, or AWS/GCP)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Solid analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills
Nice to have
- Experience using vision and speech models in GenAI
- Ability to design and develop proof-of-concept prototypes
- Ability to build with Java/J2EE, JavaScript, HTML and CSS
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as ReactJS, Angular, Node.js, Svelte or Vue.js
