What you’ll do
- Implement Gen AI projects including fine-tuning LLMs and RAG
- Build enterprise-level agentic solutions using frameworks like LangGraph, Google ADK or CrewAI
- Work with vector databases and embeddings
- Build Document AI, OCR and extraction solutions with structured output
- Build APIs using tools like Streamlit, Flask, FastAPI or REST APIs, deployed via Docker containers
- Apply supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning, deep learning and NLP techniques
- Take requirements from business stakeholders and own end-to-end solution delivery

- Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or engineering
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML roles
- Experience implementing Gen AI, fine-tuning LLMs and RAG
- Experience with open agentic frameworks such as LangGraph, Google ADK or CrewAI
- Experience with vector databases and embeddings
- Experience with Document AI, OCR and extraction solutions
- Understanding of open-source and OpenAI LLMs and RAG architecture
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, SQL and other languages, with at least 5+ years of relevant experience
- Proficiency with cloud environments such as Azure, AWS or GCP
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
