This is a director-level implementation and consulting role at Shields Health Solutions for someone who leads complex specialty pharmacy transformation programs at health systems. What you’ll do
- Serve as executive owner for planning and delivering specialty pharmacy implementation engagements
- Act as trusted advisor to C-suite, VP and director-level client stakeholders
- Assess current-state operations and design future-state operating models
- Develop and execute project plans, workstreams and governance structures across concurrent implementations
- Lead executive steering committee meetings and status reviews
- Lead workforce planning and staffing strategy for newly launched programs
- Serve as interim site leadership during critical go-live periods

- 5-8+ years of consulting, transformation, implementation or healthcare operations experience
- Track record leading large-scale, client-facing engagements with executive stakeholders
- Experience managing multiple complex workstreams in fast-paced environments
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and executive communication skills
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Willingness to travel approximately 50%
Nice to have
- Background from consulting firms such as Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG, Accenture, Guidehouse, Huron, ECG, Chartis or Vizient
- Private equity portfolio operations or value creation experience
- Experience at a provider, health system or healthcare services organization
