About the role
This is a senior AI/ML engineering role at Tirget Analystics, based onsite in Hyderabad or Bangalore. What you’ll do
- Design, develop and deploy production-grade NLP, NLU and conversational AI solutions
- Build chatbots, virtual assistants and voicebots for multi-turn, contextual interactions
- Develop intent classification, entity recognition and dialogue management capabilities
- Implement speech-to-text and text-to-speech technologies
- Analyze voice and call-center data for sentiment, intent and quality insights
- Build call transcription, summarization and automated quality monitoring pipelines
- Design RAG-based conversational applications with prompt engineering and hallucination mitigation
- Explore AI agents and agentic workflows for conversational use cases
- Integrate AI models with enterprise applications, APIs and databases
- Develop scalable APIs and production AI services in Python
What they’re looking for

- Strong background in NLP, NLU and conversational AI
- Experience with ASR and TTS technologies
- Experience with LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering and function calling
- Python and modern AI/ML framework experience
- Understanding of model monitoring, observability and performance optimization
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Azure AI Speech, Azure OpenAI, Google Speech-to-Text, Google Dialogflow or Amazon Connect
- Multilingual conversational AI experience
- Experience handling large-scale voice or call datasets
- Experience fine-tuning LLM, NLP or speech models
- Knowledge of responsible AI and data privacy for conversational/voice data
