About the role
This is an MLOps engineering role in Bengaluru focused on secure, reliable machine-learning and generative-AI platforms. You'll help move models from experimentation into controlled production while improving automation, observability, governance and operating efficiency.
What you’ll do
- Build CI/CD and continuous-testing pipelines for model, prompt, configuration and infrastructure releases.
- Create containerized workloads, orchestration patterns, model-serving components and promotion processes.
- Develop reusable platform templates and paved-road capabilities.
- Operate production ML and GenAI services against availability, latency, throughput and recovery objectives.
- Implement telemetry, alerting, incident response and root-cause analysis.
- Manage capacity and optimize infrastructure and inference costs.
- Set engineering standards, review designs and code, and mentor colleagues.
- Translate service objectives into platform capabilities with business stakeholders.

- Experience with MLOps, model lifecycle engineering and Python.
- Cloud, Kubernetes and platform-engineering experience.
- DevSecOps, CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code knowledge.
- Experience with observability, incident management and controlled releases.
- Knowledge of Python, SQL, APIs, security, risk, governance and auditability.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Professional proficiency in English.
Nice to have
- Cloud, Kubernetes or DevOps certification.
- Experience with LangChain and LangGraph.
