About the role
This is a remote full-time platform engineering role for a backend developer working from Thailand. You'll build and improve the services behind Speechify's consumer and business products, including text-to-speech, payments, subscriptions, and identity systems. The role suits an engineer comfortable making architecture decisions and collaborating asynchronously across a distributed team.
What you’ll do
- Build and maintain public and internal backend APIs.
- Improve service performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Support enterprise integrations and custom B2B requirements.
- Work with product and other engineering partners on platform direction.
- Contribute to technical standards and architecture choices.
