About the role
This is a senior AI and machine learning engineering role for designing and operating production ML systems in Noida. What you’ll do
- Design and implement machine learning solutions using classical models and LLM approaches.
- Choose techniques based on accuracy, performance, cost, and operational complexity.
- Build models for classification, similarity, extraction, normalization, and ranking.
- Develop embeddings, prompts, and RAG workflows.
- Profile, clean, deduplicate, label, and validate training data.
- Maintain training, evaluation, and inference datasets.
- Integrate inference into Java/Spring services through APIs, asynchronous workflows, or batch processing.
- Deploy and operate ML services on AWS.
- Implement versioning, experiment tracking, monitoring, and retraining.
- Define production engineering practices for ML and LLM systems.
What they’re looking for
- A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience building and deploying production ML systems.
- Strong Python skills and experience with classical ML frameworks and modern tooling.
- Strong understanding of statistics, ML algorithms, and evaluation methods.
- Experience with data pipelines, data quality, and large datasets.
- Familiarity with embeddings, prompt design, and RAG architectures.
- Experience integrating ML systems into backend services and cloud environments.
- Ability to work effectively with Java/Spring backend and platform teams.
Nice to have
- NLP or text-heavy ML experience.
- Experience with hosted or open-source LLMs and vector search.
- Experience combining rules, machine learning, and LLMs.
- Enterprise or B2B SaaS experience.
- Knowledge of data governance, security, and PII handling.
