What you’ll do
- Design and operate multi-stage RAG pipelines for relevance and low latency.
- Lead PEFT and LoRA fine-tuning projects for open-source models.
- Build automated evaluation frameworks for accuracy, context precision, and recall.
- Develop metadata filtering and hybrid-search strategies for vector databases.
- Mentor junior analysts on prompt design, chunking, and code quality.

- Six to eleven years of experience in machine learning or AI.
- Strong Python, PyTorch or TensorFlow, LangChain, LlamaIndex, and embedding-model experience.
- Advanced knowledge of RAG methods such as HyDE and parent-document retrieval.

- A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or data science.
- At least one year of hands-on LLM experience.
Nice to have
- Experience with Pinecone or Milvus.
