About the role
This is a senior AI/GenAI leadership role at Siemens Energy focused on building HR AI solutions, based in Gurugram or Pune. It suits a hands-on AI leader with deep GenAI expertise who can also mentor engineers and shape a newly forming HR AI team in India. The role owns the end-to-end lifecycle of AI solutions for employee-facing assistants, talent acquisition copilots, knowledge agents and workforce analytics.
What you’ll do
- Shape and deliver flagship AI solutions for HR, including employee-facing assistants and talent acquisition copilots
- Build knowledge agents for HR Services and decision support for Workforce Analytics
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI solutions from problem framing through deployment
- Translate business pain points into AI solution concepts with realistic build plans
- Work with HR stakeholders and international HR AI leadership on roadmap decisions
- Coach engineers and help develop AI talent in India
- Embed Responsible AI into solution design and delivery
- Inspect failure cases and improve prompts and evaluation sets
- Perform technical design reviews on retrieval and agent orchestration
- Align with Cyber Security and Data Privacy on guardrails for pilots

- Familiarity with regulated, data-sensitive environments
- Familiarity with works-council settings
