What you’ll do
- Assess colour matching and visual appearance.
- Use X-Rite meters, gloss meters and other paint-shop instruments.
- Investigate bumper-painting appearance defects.
- Troubleshoot issues in the bumper-painting process.
- Apply 8D, why-why analysis and countermeasure methods.
- Coordinate customer discussions about standards and specifications.
- Support three-shift paint-process control.
- Use knowledge of bumper assembly in quality work.
