About the role
This is a mid-level Computer Vision AI Developer role for professionals with three to six years of experience, open across Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Rajasthan, and other locations in India. You'll develop computer-vision systems from data preparation through deployment for areas including surveillance, manufacturing inspection, retail analytics, defence technology, and smart infrastructure. What you’ll do
- Develop models for detection, classification, segmentation, tracking, and OCR.
- Build data ingestion, preprocessing, augmentation, and annotation workflows.
- Optimize models for accuracy, latency, and resource use.
- Implement architectures such as CNNs, YOLO, Faster R-CNN, ViT, and U-Net.
- Expose models through APIs and microservices.
- Evaluate models, investigate errors, and monitor performance.
- Deploy models with Docker and CI/CD practices.
- Document designs and experiments and share technical knowledge.

- Three to six years of experience.
- A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, electronics, data science, AI/ML, or a related field.
- Strong Python skills and working knowledge of C++.
- Hands-on experience with OpenCV, PyTorch or TensorFlow, and Keras.
- Experience with YOLO, Detectron2, MMDetection, or a similar framework.
- Knowledge of deep learning, CNNs, and image processing.
- Experience with Docker, Flask or FastAPI, ONNX, or TensorRT.
- Familiarity with cloud or edge deployment, annotation tools, dataset management, and Git.
Nice to have
- Video analytics, multi-object tracking, or 3D vision experience.
- Exposure to diffusion models, CLIP, or multimodal LLMs.
- Experience in manufacturing, surveillance, retail, healthcare imaging, or defence technology.
- Familiarity with MLflow, Kubeflow, or Airflow.
- Publications, open-source work, or Kaggle experience in computer vision.
