What you’ll do
- Lead business analysis activities to assess business problems and opportunities
- Gather, analyze, validate, and document business requirements
- Develop business models, use case models, and data flow models
- Support requirements analysis for rules engines and business process automation platforms
- Apply business process transformation and re-engineering concepts
- Lead requirements-gathering sessions including JAD sessions and workshops
- Develop business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and feasibility studies
- Apply business analysis expertise within healthcare or clinical environments
- Support stakeholder engagement, particularly for healthcare initiatives
- Provide input to QA, system testing, and user acceptance testing
- Engage with stakeholders and I&IT leadership, and lead teams and working groups
- Develop training and communication materials for large-scale implementations
