What you’ll do
- Design, build and deploy production-ready AI solutions, chatbots and decision-support features
- Build and optimize RAG pipelines using embeddings, vector databases and semantic search
- Develop AI agent workflows with prompt orchestration and multi-step tool calling
- Build scalable backend microservices and REST APIs using Python (FastAPI, Django)
- Integrate AI services into React and Next.js web interfaces and coordinate with mobile teams
- Implement output validation, hallucination mitigation and grounding safeguards
- Deploy, monitor and troubleshoot production AI services in cloud and containerized Linux environments
What they’re looking for
- 4+ years of software engineering experience with hands-on AI application development
- Experience with Generative AI, LLMs and commercial model APIs such as OpenAI, Gemini and Anthropic
- Strong proficiency in Python and REST API development with FastAPI or Django
- Practical experience with RAG pipelines, vector stores and frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex
- Working knowledge of React.js, Next.js and databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL or MongoDB
- Familiarity with Docker, Linux, Git and cloud infrastructure
Nice to have
- Experience in a SaaS, product-based or fast-paced startup environment
- Track record of shipping AI-first applications from MVP to production
- Experience with WebSockets, WebRTC or event-driven architectures
- Knowledge of cloud AI ecosystems and model observability platforms
- Mobile development experience with Flutter or React Native
- Experience with Redis caching
