About the role
Patterns Behavioral Services is hiring an onsite school-based Certified Behavior Technician in Marysville, Washington. The role suits a compassionate person who works well with children and people with disabilities and can provide one-to-one Applied Behavior Analysis support while travelling between client sites. You will help clients develop communication, independence, daily-living, and self-care skills while recording progress and responding appropriately to behavioural needs.
What you’ll do
- Deliver one-to-one ABA support in school or home settings
- Record and maintain client-progress data
- Assist with AAC, PECS, and ASL communication systems
- Support daily-living and self-care routines
- Work with clinical colleagues and families
- Respond appropriately to behavioural challenges
- Travel between client locations
